Buyers are stirring.... now finally.... For for some time, many buyers looking for a home in Camarillo were just enjoying themselves shopping and waiting out the down cycle. Now there seems to be a growing stepped-up seriousness in buying. There are more homes on the market to choose from than ever. The outlook on Ventura County home prices has been pinned at about an 8% decline for next year. However, many homes listed have that reduction built in already.
