The community has the opportunity to give back to those in need by donating to a Food & Toy Drive organized by LA Workout of Camarillo.

New toys with a value of $15 maximum, plus canned goods and any sealed food product not contained in glass can be dropped off at LA Workout Monday-Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Toys will be donated to Casa Pacifica for at-risk children and food will be given to Food Share, Ventura County's only regional food bank that helps feed children, families in crisis, low-income seniors, the homeless and more.

"We encourage the community to join with us in this good cause," stated Jim Brewer, President of LA Workout. "Every donation will make a difference in the lives of others," he added.

LA Workout is located at 2440 Las Posas Road in Camarillo. The workout facility has served the local community for the past 17 years offering a wide range of fitness programs for young athletes, adults and seniors.
