Tylor Safran Bar Mitzvah

Tylor Safran was called to the Torah at Temple Ner Ami on Saturday, October 6 at 10:00 a.m. His Torah

Portion was B'reisheit - which is Genesis versus 1-20...the Story of Creation. His talk was entitled "Finding

the Spirit of God in all things."Rabbi Michael Lotker, Rabbi of Temple Ner Ami officiated at the Service and

Cheri Kurman acted as Cantorial Soloist for the event. Honored Guests included his brother and

sister, Michael and Tawny Safran; Tracy, Brett, and Owen Higby; grandparents, Bob and Anita Benson;

Karrie, Todd, Elizabeth, and Tany Benson; brothers and sister-in-law Morris and Keron Weisbart and Chuck

and Susan Weisbart; and his parents, Dr.Paul and Jeanette Safran. Tylor had selected helping a family in

need repair their home as his Bar Mitzvah Project

Tylor is an honor student at Las Colinas School in Camarillo and enjoys basketball, swimming, and ping

pong, He is a dog lover and an avid environmentalist who enjoys recycling both at home and on camping

trips.
