PV Lions Club helps Library with a $5,000.donation

The Pleasant Valley Lions Club received a heartfelt " thank you" from the City of Camariilo for their $5,000.00 donation to the City Library. The money is to be used for the purchase of additional books as well as multi media equipment.

In addition the Lions Club accepted a challenge from the Friends of the Library to donate at least 400 books. The challenge was taken seriously and so far, over 1000 books have been delivered to the Friends to be sold with the proceeds going to the purchaseof new books for our Library.
