Holiday T-Shirt Drive to Help Kenyan Orphanage

Hardy Learning Center and Academy in Camarillo is sponsoring a T-shirt drive to help the orphans of Huruma Children's Home in Nairobi, Kenya.

The local school is asking for donations from the community to collect enough shirts for all 150 children at the orphanage. Gently used T-shirts and soccer jerseys will be taken to the children in Nairobi.

Sherrie Hardy, founder of Hardy Learning Center and Academy, will be traveling to Kenya over the holidays to join her two daughters who are working in the orphanage. Ms. Hardy will carry the shirts to Nairobi and make the gift in person to Huruma Children's Home.
