SUBJECT: Law Enforcement and Firefighters Appreciation
DATE OF EVENT: Wed. January 23, 2007
On Wednesday, January 23, 2008, the Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge will hold a meeting open to the public and will conduct its 31st Annual Law Enforcement And Firefighter Appreciation program.
The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a social period in the Elks Lodge lounge area. Dinner will be BBQ Baby Back Ribs & Chicken $12 served around 7:00 p.m. At approximately 8:00 p.m., the awards will be presented in the Elks Lodge meeting room.
The geographic area for membership of the Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge includes Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake, Hidden Valley, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park. As this area is served by the California Highway Patrol, Ventura County Sheriffs Department, and the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department, we will present a plaque as will the Mayor of Thousand Oaks, and the Ventura County Supervisors to honor the outstanding law enforcement officers and firefighters from each of these area agencies.
Bring you family and friends to this program for an evening of social enjoyment, good food, and community service.
