Hawaii born Asian American comic Paul Ogata joins the line up !

Kamaka Brown has added a veteran comic from Hawaii to the line up at the Comedy Luau in Thousand Oaks.
"I am stoked that my old buddy Paul from Hawaii is able to join us." Brown said smiling. "He was booked for June 30th but the client cancelled just in time for Paul to say YES to my invitation to perform on the show."

Ogata won "Funniest Asian American in the U.S." title at the "Take Out Comedy Competition" and has been seen on the Late Show,"U.S. Comedy Cure on TBS, Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa.
In addition to Brown's humorous take on a Hawaiian living on the West Coast, he will be introducing
Momo Casablanca, a Middle Eastern comic who recently performed at the Comedy Store in West Hollywood. Momo explores the mysteries of being a misunderstood Muslim in America.
Fernando Rivera, seen at Noho's HaHa Cafe is the resident grouch with his "take no prisoners" comedy.
Jackie Maruschak, heard on National Lampoon Comedy Radio Networks' Comedy Countdown joins the cast of zanies. Specials guests will round out the show that is sure to be a "laff-fest".
Polynesian dancers are featured at this one of a kind original Comedy Luau.
There will be enough laughter to keep everyone entertained and wanting more.
The Comedy Luau shows have played to sold out crowds in the past and Brown is hoping for a repeat performance. Mark your calendars now for the June 30th event.
The show gets under way at 8 p.m. There is a $20 cover which includes two drinks. Pellagio's featues a full menu as well. The address is 868 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. There will be no advance ticket sales so come early for best seats. The show is for mature audiences.
