Shocking Career Opportunity!
Contributed by: James Adams on 11/9/2007

Denny's Electric is seeking one motivated, teachable, hard-working candidate for their 2008 Residential Electrical Apprenticeship Program. There is one space still available. The 2 year program was initiated in January of 2006 and is registered with the Federal Office of Apprenticeship Training, Employer and Labor Services (OATELS).This year's apprentices passed the California State Certification Examination with scores over 85% while carrying a class average of nearly 90%.

Apprentices work full time, 35+ hours a week, while attending classes 3-4 hours a week. Pay and benefits are very competitive. In addition to thorough trade training, the curriculum emphasizes problem solving, study skills, verbal and written communication excellence and customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a career in the electrical field who wants to serve people. Candidates must have a strong work ethic to successfully complete both the class and on-the-job-training requirements. More can be learned about the company at www.dennyshomeservices.com.

Serious candidates should send a resume and a 250 word or less essay on the topic "The Challenges and Rewards of Serving People". Content will be more important than grammatical perfection. Resumes/Essays should be sent to:
