THE JACUZZI by Sprout the Cockatiel

It sure has been a busy day today. I have really worked up an appetite. Mommy is in the kitchen fixing her lunch. I hope it is something good, because she always lets me have a few bites. My brother, Checkers is hungry, too. Look at him follow Mommie's feet around the kitchen She has to watch every step she takes, or she will kick him half-way across the room.
Oh Boy!! I see she is making vegetable beef soup with lots of crackers--I LOVE crackers!! they make such a satistying mess all over the table.
Mommy, sit down and let me come on the table to eat--I'm hungry!!
Yum Yum, these crackers are delicious. Mommy isn't paying any attention to the mess I am making, because she is reading the paper. I think I will take a sip of the soup--she has almost finished anyway. Good Stuff--peas, barley, potatoes, carrots. OOPS, there is a tasty morsel I can't reach. I will just step in the bowl and get it.-----------
WOW, that warm soup feels good on my feet. I'll bet this would make a nice Jacuzzi for me!! I will sit down and get my breast wet, and splash some on my face and back--(SPLASH__SPLASH) GOODIE what fun!!
"Mommy--don't take me out!" Darn -she is putting me under the warm faucet-just when I was enjoying my Jacuzzi.
I wonder if Mommy will finish her soup?????
