Help everyone, I just want to go home! Dog missing

Vitois a 5 yr old, squishy, cuddly (although sometimes smelly!!) English Bulldog. Everywhere I go people say how great he is. I am afraid someone else thinks this also, as he is now missing. He got out of our site within 10 minutes and is now nowhere to be seen.. We have knocked on doors, put up flyers, registered his story everywhere possible and still no doggy!
He was last seen, per a neighbor, walking across Gonzales Rd near the side entrance of Walmart in Oxnard. No one has seen him around there so I am sure he went with someone.
If someone has him, I beg you to please just call it in, take him to the nearest shelter or contact our family. No questions asked, we just miss him terribly. I am just sick to my stomach over this.
He can not be exposed to very cold or hot weather, as he is very sensitive to climate changes. I am so scared someone does not understand his breed and he will become ill. He has vision issues and eats a special diet for stomach problems.
VITO IS MICROCHIPPED, neutered and we will not stop looking for him.
