Last week El Concilio's Breakthrough Youth for Success Program day viewed a Public Service Announcement at the Oxnard Independent Film Festival titled "Be a Man, Be Responsible". The film won best Public Service Announcement at the Festival. The youth involved were very committed to the topic and to the process, El Concilio would like to congratulate the Breakthrough Youth for Success Program for their tireless work and the positive influence they have on the new members of the program. We are very proud of the work that you do and very impressed in the way you conducted the question and answer portion after the film was viewed. Great job Breakthrough members!!!
