100 Year Flood Project Completion

On April 4,2005 a 90DAY $1.7 million project to renovate the Flood control pump in Port Hueneme that empties into the J St. Canal was commenced.
2 YEARS and who knows how much money later the project is still not complete and a continuing eyesore and depressant on market values of property in Surfside lll.
Repeated attempts,calls emails etc to the Star and various elected and appointed officials re this boondoogle have received no action or investigation of malfeasance.
