"Daniel Pearl World Music Day" Concert

What do a Jazz Quartet, a world class Irish Dancer and a Classical Pianist have in common?

These artists will be joined by other gifted local musicians and vocalists in a free
concert on Sunday, October 14 at 2 P.M. The event will be at the E.J. Harrison Family Auditorium of the Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo, 1500 W. Temple Street, Camarillo (off Lewis Road). ADL and the Boys and Girls Club are the co-sponsors.

Daniel Pearl was the talented Wall Street Journal reporter and musician who lost his life after being kidnapped in Pakistan. Inspired by his love of humanity, over 1,500 concerts have been held in 60 countries since 2002 to unite people through music. Please join us for a joyful afternoon. There will be no charge or solicitations.

Performers will include the 4:04 Rio Mesa Jazz Quartet, the Casa Pacifica Music Corps., vocalists Ilysia Pierce and Alora Miller, pianist Daniel Newman Lessler, Irish Dancer Kathleen Cunningham, and others.
