College Day At Moorpark College

It was terrific day in which students from many different high schools and even elementry schools came together at Moorpark College to learn about many courses and activities that are offered to see what path they should chose for their future career. Sandy Mezer a senior at Simi High school was very impressed with the Theatre Arts Department Presentation and said, " I enjoyed it very much and hopeI can get involved when I go here. Many students found College Day very enlightening and helpful like Bro Yu Chung who said, "I got lots of information and I'm thinking of going into physiology". Each booth seemed to have lots of students at them showing interest and they were asking lots of constructive questions regarding each coarse. The booths were well set up with lots of cool stuff to grab your eye like the nursing booth had cool x-rays pictures and the pottery class had great sculptures out. Even with all the great booths and activities many students as always go just to get out of school and have no school work, Forest Led Butter said, "I'm have a great time because I don't have to be in school right now". Many Students seemed to enjoy the lunch that was provided for them and had a good time sitting on the benches or the grass socializing with their friends. The Moorpark College dance club performance was liked by many such as Casndra Fisher who said, "It was great I really enjoyed it". A lot of students though out the day seem to look forward to coming to Moorpark College in the near future.
