The Psychology Club of Ventura College will host the Clothes Line Project on Wednesday, October 24 from 8 am-3 pm on the lawn between the Library and Learning Resource Center and the Science Building to observe Domestic Violence Month. The UCLA-Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, Coalition to End Domestic Violence and InterFace will be available to provide assistance and information. The Club will also host the following speakers:

Everyone is invited to bring a T-shirt and a friend. Shirts have different meanings, depending on the color chosen. White: for victims who have died; Yellow, Beige, Brown: for those battered or assaulted; Pink, Red or Orange for victims of sexual assault; Blue or Green: for victims of incest or child sexual assault; Purple or Lavender: Victims were assaulted based on sexual orientation, Black: Victims were gang-raped, murdered or died.
