Princesses in Ojai become Ladies in Waiting
Contributed by: Debby Mooney on 8/23/2007

The Humane Society of Ventura County has had 2 royal guests since January. Princess Fiona came in with a litter of pups. They were quickly adopted and, as so often happens, the mom was left behind. She is a greyhound mix, only about a year and a half old & very sweet. Princess Fiona is now spayed.

Princess is a mature adult female Dalmatian. She also arrived in January. She is depressed about her situation. She is a loving girl who only wants to be treated like the royalty that she is.

You can visit Princess Fiona & Princess at the Humane Society of Ventura County at 402 Bryant St. Ojai. Hours are from 10 -6 Mon - Fri & 10 -4:30 on Saturday. You may also see them online at www.humanesocietyvc.org.
Both girls are worth getting to know, as are the many animals available for adoption at the shelter.
